How to Start a Return 1. Email us at ah@annhowingtonjewelry.com with your order number and reason for return. 2. We’ll send return instructions and our return address. 3. Once we receive your item, we’ll inspect it and process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item: • Contact us within 3 days of delivery at ah@annhowingtonjewelry.com. • Please include a photo of the item. • We’ll make it right as soon as possible.
