Returns • Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. • Jewelry must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging. • Custom or personalized pieces are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item: • Contact us within 3 days of delivery at ah@annhowingtonjewelry.com. • Please include a photo of the item. • We’ll make it right as soon as possible.
